Craniosacral Therapy Services

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach to healing that focuses on the craniosacral system, which includes the brain, spinal cord, and cerebrospinal fluid. This therapy is based on the premise that minor imbalances in the craniosacral system can cause sensory, motor, or neurological disabilities. By using light touch techniques, we aim to release restrictions in the craniosacral system, allowing the body to improve the functioning of the central nervous system.

With its non-invasive nature, craniosacral therapy has the ability to alleviate tension and pain throughout the body, promoting relaxation and stress reduction. It has also been reported to help with a variety of conditions in infants and adults, including:

Infants:

  • Acid reflux
  • Breastfeeding and latch issues
