I teach a style of Vinyasa Yoga, Power Yoga, which connects breath and movement, improves your flexibility and balance, and fosters a mind/body connection that will leave you feeling calm and peaceful. Classes are for all levels and are modified to meet the needs and experience level of each yogi. These invigorating classes will strengthen both your mind and body. I love to have fun in my classes and I will strive to motivate and challenge you, leaving you feeling energized, empowered, and refreshed. I teach a class full of power, strength, energy, and flow, and provide you with tools needed to be a happier, healthier, and better you.

One Class/Drop-In: $10
11-Class Package: $100br
1-on-1 or 2-on-1 personal yoga training available upon request. Available times are limited. $60/hour Group Yoga available upon request. Prices vary.
Yoga classes have limited space, so if you would like to reserve your spot early, please click on "Register for a class" at the top of the page. You will then scroll down until you see "Yoga" on the left side of the page. After you click on "Yoga," select which class you would like to attend!
