Dr. Mikhaila Riska, DC
I was born in Marshfield, Wisconsin but shortly after moved to Appleton, Wisconsin, and currently reside there. Growing up, I was always interested in serving others and studying science, biology, and medicine.
I attended UW-Oshkosh and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. I knew I wanted to pursue further education and shadowed a family friend that was a chiropractor in Appleton. After the first day of shadowing, I knew that this was the correct profession and applied to Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. I graduated in October 2016 and worked at a local chiropractic office until opening 920 Wellness Studio.
I graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic with a Doctorate of Chiropractic degree. I also worked at a local fitness club as a certified personal trainer while attending chiropractic school. In addition, I specialize in supplementation and am a nutritional consultant for nutraMetrix.
To have the most optimal health and balance, the following three pillars need to be maintained:
- Structural (your physical body)
- Emotional (your emotions and stressors)
- Nutritional (fueling your body with proper nutrients to fuel your cells, tissues, organs, muscles, nerves, etc.)
Chiropractic care addresses the structural misalignments that arise due to daily stressors and repetitive motions/trauma. Maintenance chiropractic adjustments are crucial in obtaining proper alignment and structural care. Emotional stressors are also addressed in the initial wellness consultation. It is important this is addressed and implemented into the wellness education and treatment plans. Nutritional consultations are also available to maintain proper nourishment and make healthy lifestyle choices. Genetic testing and supplementation are discussed in these wellness visits to address all three pillars of health. I believe that holistic care should be implemented first and foremost when treating patients.
Holistic care is ever changing, thus learning never ceases.
I enjoy spending time with my daughter and my family. Some of my hobbies include boating, reading, and playing volleyball.
Allison Eastman, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach
Hi, I’m Allison! I’m a wife, a mom of 3 beautiful little kiddos, and an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. Health and wellness are a top priority in my life as I care for myself and my family. After ups and downs of dieting, weight loss and weight gain, eating well and not eating well through my teens and 20s - I finally got it after having my first child and even more so when cancer and heart disease affected our family.
After three pregnancies and three c-sections, I wanted to eat better, be healthier, and lead by example for my kids. Eating clean, eating quality food, choosing food for its nutritional value instead of counting calories while also nourishing body, mind, and soul…I found my passion in health and wellness. I’ve learned that not only a healthy diet - but also a healthy lifestyle and mindset - will bring you to the balanced, happy, and healthy life you want.
I have previously worked as a cosmetologist and in Human Services working with at-risk youth and Client Services in outpatient mental health counseling. I studied at UW-Fox Valley, Gill-Tech Academy of Hair Design, and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
Courtney Donati, M.S., Mental Health Therapist
My name is Courtney and I am a Mental Health Therapist at 920 Wellness Studio. I grew up in Berlin, Wisconsin and moved to Dayton, Ohio shortly after I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. I earned my Master of Science in Education and Allied Professionals at The University of Dayton and spent several years living in Ohio. I returned to Wisconsin after a series of deaths in my family.
Even though sadness and huge life changes brought me back to Wisconsin, I am happy to be back and bring a wealth of experiences that I gained while living away from the area. I have always loved working as a counselor; helping others work through the obstacles in their lives is one of the most rewarding experiences for me.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, which includes my daughter and all my fur children!
Katie Cleveland-Bouressa, Licensed Massage Therapist
My name is Katie Cleveland-Bouressa, and I am the owner of Woodland Soul Massage LLC. I graduated from Fox Valley School of Massage in 2008. I am Board Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, have 10 years in the industry, and over 130 hours of continued education. As a proponent of holistic healthcare, I believe the use of therapeutic and alternative healing tools is essential for living a happy and healthy life. The focus of Woodland Soul Massage is to assist clients on their unique wellness journey.
My style is a blend of therapeutic and relaxing bodywork with attention given to the client’s preference of pressure. Two of my specialties are Reflexology and Reiki. Reflexology focuses on massaging the acupressure points in the feet and hands. Reiki is energy healing in which hands are placed over the chakras for stress reduction, alignment, and deep relaxation. I also have a passion for working with expectant mothers and offer pre-natal massage designed to comfort and nurture. I create a healing atmosphere with soothing music, lighting, and aromatherapy. Intuitive hands and communication will lead to a rejuvenated soul.
Massage is preventative healthcare. We have an innate ability to heal and it begins with intention. Intention is a concept that I apply to my life and career — it is a presence of mind and the creative power that fulfills the mind/body connection — the application of this philosophy is what makes all the services I provide at Woodland Soul Massage a personal and rewarding experience.
Apart from being a licensed massage therapist, my wonderful husband Jeff and I enjoy nature and adventure. We partake in year-round activities such as hiking, boating, and swimming. We are also fond of singing, dancing, and the arts.
Jennifer Erb, RN and Certified Master Cosmetic Injector
I am a Fox Valley native and have been a registered nurse for over 30 years in our local community. My career in skincare began 30 years ago selling products for skin breakdown which was followed by working in clinical research for personal care products.
In 2001, I found my passion in medical aesthetics. I have over 18 years of experience having performed over 50,000 aesthetic procedures. For the past 12 years I have specialized in cosmetic injections for enhancing facial features and treating signs of facial aging.
I am currently offering Botox® and Dysport® for treating lines and wrinkles caused from movement; a variety of hyaluronic acid dermal fillers including Voluma®, Juvederm®, and Restylane products to help fill wrinkles, restore lost volume, lift and support areas that are sagging; and biostimulatory treatments like Sculptra® to stimulate your own natural collagen and elastin. I am certified in multiple other aesthetic procedures and will be offering some of these services in the near future.
From my years of experience, I have developed an artistic eye. My goal is to enhance your natural beauty without making you look different so that it leaves others guessing, “Does she, or doesn’t she?” I take great pride in treating each client as I would treat my sister or best friend, so I take my time and listen to you.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time outdoors and going to local venues with my two sons, fiancé Jesse, and my extended family and friends. I also enjoy volunteering at church as well as visiting elderly who are homebound and at the warming shelter. If you are interested in a treatment, or would like a complementary consultation, you may schedule an appointment online at www.aglowme.com, email firstname.lastname@example.org, or send a text/call 920-540-0814.
Tanya Ver Voort, Holistic Practitioner
Hello! My name is Tanya Ver Voort. I am a wife and a mom of two beautiful girls. I am a certified Holistic Practitioner in Sound Therapy and Emotion Code. I am currently offering my services in two locations, Appleton and Green Bay.
Shortly after our first child was born, I experienced my first panic attack. I wanted to get to the root cause of why I had recurring panic attacks, and I wanted to be able to treat them without prescription medication. While looking into a more natural and non-invasive approach, I was introduced to Sound Therapy!
This experience has left me with a deep need to help others get to their root causes for their struggles. My clients range from children to adults who experience depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, suicidal thoughts, ADD, ADHD, addiction, stress, fear, worry, and more. As a Holistic Practitioner, I feel there is no better joy than helping the people around me go to levels higher than they ever though they could. Making one person smile can change the world... maybe not the whole world, but it can change their world.

Addy, Licensed Esthetician
Hey everyone, I’m Addy! I was born and raised in Wausau, WI. My fiancé, Brady, and I moved to St. Paul, MN in 2018, but WI has called us back home and we now live in De Pere, WI. I received my esthetic license in 2016 from the State College of Beauty Culture in Wausau, WI. Before moving to MN, I worked in two spa/salons in Wausau doing spa services such as facials, back facials, body treatments, body and facial waxing and makeup. My most popular service besides brow waxes and spa facials was, believe it or not, Brazilian waxes! Along with applying bridal makeup, I also coordinated and booked wedding hair and makeup services for brides and their bridal party.
In addition to planning our own wedding now, Brady and I recently decided to make a big lifestyle change and start our new health journey together. Within the past year, I have lost 40 pounds and Brady has lost 35 pounds! We love yoga, hiking, running, circuit training and anything else that takes place outside. Another hobby of ours is cooking. We cook dinner together every night and I don’t want to brag but, I think we are pretty good chefs! We’ve really enjoyed learning more about cooking when we made our healthy lifestyle change, and it has totally paid off! We are always learning new things and can’t wait to see where we are in another year.
I find myself feeling much more balanced and happier in life after making my lifestyle change. I feel refreshed after doing yoga, eating right and of course, providing services to my clients and helping them feel rebalanced themselves. My one goal in life is to help people. Whether it’s helping them feel better, look better or helping them relax. If they leave happy and healthy, then I’ve done my job!
Jenna Kadlec, RYT-500, PT
Hello! My name is Jenna Kadlec and I am providing yoga and physical therapy services at 920 Wellness Studio.
I was born and raised in Appleton and moved back to the area after I graduated from UW-Madison in 1998. In addition to being a yoga instructor, I am a physical therapist employed at Neuroscience Group. I absolutely love the intricacies of the human body, and my passion is sharing with others the limitless capacity of the human body to self-heal through various interventions, including yoga and physical therapy.
I completed my 200-hour yoga training and certification through Wild Abundant Life in 2016 and completed my 500-hour yoga certification in September 2020. Additional certifications I have received include: Senior/Chair Yoga, Meditation/Mindfulness/Nidra, Yoga as Medicine, Advanced Assists and Kinesthetics, Restorative and Yin Yoga. I am also a Certified Yoga Personal Trainer.
I graduated from UW-Madison School of Physical Therapy in 1998. I have worked nearly full-time my entire career and enjoy pursuing ongoing education, especially in treatment of the spine for back pain, neck pain, and headaches.
I am married to my best friend, Boomer, have three active sons, Cole, Carson, and Camden, and two rescue dogs, Reggie and Zoey. My life is very busy and chaotic at times, but I have learned the immense benefits of slowing down to pause and rejuvenate by practicing yoga, meditation, and mindfulness. My personal yoga journey began initially as a form of exercise, but as my life changed with the challenges of being a working mom, I quickly learned it also helped alleviate my stress and anxiety.
I feel my education and training of the human body, as well as daily treatment of chronic pain in my physical therapy practice, allow me to bring effective yoga practice to the mat. I love helping others connect with their body through awareness, breath, and movement. And, yes… yoga is for EVERY body! If you don’t believe me, just ask!
I will be offering a variety of yoga workshops at 920 Wellness Studio. I am also able to provide one-on-one yoga sessions in person or virtually for individuals who would like more attention while they practice, as well as yoga + healing sessions which provides physical therapy intervention and yoga. Traditional physical therapy sessions will also be offered. I have limited availability, so please contact me via text at 920-470-9549 or email to schedule or inquire about my services.
