All of my programs include one-on-one individualized coaching either in-person, over the phone, or virtually. I will provide useful resources that accompany the topics covered in each session. I will also provide weekly check-ins via email or phone to help support my clients in their goals.


30 Day Jumpstart: Two (2) 1-hour sessions with a virtual/phone check-in midway; four (4) foundational topics will be covered

3 Months: Six (6) bi-weekly sessions (1 hour each)

6 Months:Twelve (12) bi-weekly sessions (1 hour each); includes grocery store tour and a cooking demo
